Cancellation Policy

At Stylonic Fashion Boutique, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, your order may have entered our processing, preparation or dispatch process and can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and provide:

• Your order number

• The name used to place the order

• The reason for cancellation

We will confirm whether your cancellation request has been received within the permitted cancellation period.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer require the item, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided the item meets the applicable return conditions.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation is successfully accepted within the 12-hour cancellation period, the full eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider's usual processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important

The 12-hour period begins from the time the order is successfully placed. Requests received after this period cannot be guaranteed and will only be considered where the order has not yet entered processing.
