Stylonic Fashion Boutique Returns Policy


Returns are a considerable expense for a small independent business in both shipping and administration. Our returns policy is not meant as a preview service. Stylonic Fashion Boutique reserves the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.

Non-Faulty Items: Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to return the purchase at any time up to 14 days from the day after the item was delivered to you. If the item is unused, in its original packaging when returned to us and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund wigs, hairpieces, hair toppers & extensions if the item shows signs of having been tried on, worn, cut, brushed and have acquired an odour (Perfumes, Smoking ETC)

This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. We cannot accept items that have been made to order or made to specification.

How to return

To start a return, you’ll need to message us, quoting your order number and details of the issue. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will refuse to sign for the parcel.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be complete with, a hairnet, tags, and original packaging.

All free products should be returned if all purchased items are returned for a refund.


For hygiene reasons, NO REFUNDS will be issued for wigs that show signs of being tried on, returned in a tangled up state or have acquired additional odours. Do not return a wig that has been in contact with strong smells, i.e. smoke or perfume.

If the product is not received in the same condition it was sent to you there will be a delay before the manufacturer approves or rejects your refund.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

*Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

*Delivery costs: If you purchased additional shipping this will NOT be refunded

International Returns

We allow 21 days from the date of delivery for the return of International items. The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked/traceable shipping method insured to the value of your product when returning an item. We cannot be held responsible should your item be lost or damaged in transit, and you will be ineligible for a refund.

The return shipping cost and any duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Please allow up to 10 working days for parcels to be received, inspected, and refunded

We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Damaged Items

If a product arrived damaged or flawed due to some manufacturing error, we will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the damaged item. Make sure to reach out to us within 14 days (for UK orders) or 45 days (for international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back to us.


If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

KINDLY NOTE THAT DESPITE OUR EFFORT TO PROVIDE CORRECT IMAGES OF EACH WIG, THE COLOUR OF THE WIG MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO PHONES / COMPUTER SCREENS. A wig with a slightly different colour than shown on the screen will not be classified as faulty.
