We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund wigs, hairpieces, hair toppers & extensions if the item shows signs of having been tried on, worn, cut, brushed and has acquired an odour (Perfumes, Smoking ETC)
This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. We cannot accept items that have been made to order or made to specification.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be able to cover the cost of returns; the cost must be covered by you the buyer.
All free products should be returned if all purchased items are returned for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, NO REFUNDS will be issued for wigs that show signs of being tried on, returned in a tangled up state or have acquired additional odours. Do not return a wig that has been in contact with strong smells, i.e. smoke or perfume.
If the product is not received in the same condition it was sent to you, there will be a delay before the manufacturer approves or rejects your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
*Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER:
KINDLY NOTE THAT DESPITE OUR EFFORT TO PROVIDE CORRECT IMAGES OF EACH WIG, THE COLOUR OF THE WIG MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO PHONES / COMPUTER SCREENS. A wig with a slightly different colour than shown on the screen will not be classified as faulty.
