General Care Guidelines

1. Regular Cleaning: Maintain a regular washing schedule. For synthetic wigs, cleanse after every 8–10 wears; for human hair, every 6–8 wears.
2. Gentle Handling: Detangle with a wide-tooth comb from tips to roots.
3. Proper Storage: Store on a stand away from direct sunlight.
4. Avoid Heat Exposure: Keep synthetic away from heat unless heat-safe; use protectant on human hair.

Specific Care for Coloured Wigs

1. Colour Maintenance: Use colour-preserving products.
2. Sun Protection: Consider UV-protective sprays or a hat.
3. Periodic Conditioning: Deep-condition human hair every few weeks.

You have the right to return the purchase at any time up to 14 days from the day after the item was delivered to you. If the item is unused, in its original packaging when returned to us and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot refund wigs, hairpieces, hair toppers & extensions if the item shows signs of having been tried on, worn, cut, brushed or has acquired an odour (perfumes, smoking, etc.).

This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. We cannot accept items that have been made to order or made to specification.
