General Care Guidelines
- Regular Cleaning: Maintain a regular washing schedule. For synthetic wigs, cleanse after every 8–10 wears; for human hair, every 6–8 wears.
- Gentle Handling: Detangle with a wide-tooth comb from tips to roots.
- Proper Storage: Store on a stand away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid Heat Exposure: Keep synthetic away from heat unless heat-safe; use protectant on human hair.
Specific Care for Coloured Wigs
- Colour Maintenance: Use colour-preserving products.
- Sun Protection: Consider UV-protective sprays or a hat.
- Periodic Conditioning: Deep-condition human hair every few weeks.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your new purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Must be unworn, unstyled, and unaltered (including trimming of lace).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Items must remain inside the protective netting. Removing from the netting alters the shape, raises hygiene concerns, and indicates possible use. We can identify when this has happened, and any return where the netting has been removed will be denied.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, odour, or damage.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Securely package your item and send it back using a tracked service.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days.
