Returns Policy

We want you to love your new purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Must be unworn, unstyled, and unaltered (including trimming of lace).

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

• Items must remain inside the protective netting. Removing from the netting alters the shape, raises hygiene concerns, and indicates possible use. We can identify when this has happened, and any return where the netting has been removed will be denied.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, odour, or damage.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer care team with your order number.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Securely package your item and send it back using a tracked service.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days.

• Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER:
KINDLY NOTE THAT DESPITE OUR EFFORT TO PROVIDE CORRECT IMAGES OF EACH WIG, THE COLOUR OF THE WIG MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO PHONES / COMPUTER SCREENS. A wig with a slightly different colour than shown on the screen will not be classified as faulty.
