Our Promise
We want you to love your new hair topper, wig, or hairpiece. Because fit and colour can be hard to judge from a screen, we offer a genuine try-on period — not just a "return it unopened" policy.
14-Day Right to Change Your Mind
Under UK law, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason. To request a return within this window, simply contact us at [support email] with your order number.
To keep this fair for everyone (and keep prices affordable), we ask that items are:
- Tried on gently, indoors, in front of a mirror — not worn outdoors or for a full day
- Not cut, coloured, heat-styled, or brushed with a wire/metal brush
- Free of makeup, perfume, smoke odour, or product residue
- Returned with the protective liner/hairnet (included with every order) worn underneath during try-on
- Returned in the original packaging with tags attached
Items returned in this condition qualify for a full refund, minus original shipping.
If the Item Isn't in Resalable Condition
We understand trying something on can leave light signs of handling. If an item shows reasonable signs of a fitting but isn't in fully resalable condition, we'll offer a choice of:
- A 75% refund, or
- Store credit for the full value, or
- A free exchange for a different size/colour (see below)
This isn't a penalty — it's how we keep offering try-on returns sustainably, since these items can't always be resold as new once handled.
Wrong Size or Colour? Always a Free Exchange
Getting the base size or shade right the first time is genuinely hard from a website. If your topper doesn't match what you expected, or the size guide led you wrong:
- Free exchange, no restocking deduction, within 30 days
- We'll also offer a free colour-match consultation via WhatsApp before you reorder, so the exchange fits the first time
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement, and we cover return shipping. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
What Can't Be Returned
- Made-to-order or custom-specification pieces
- Clip-in extensions/accessories once removed from sealed packaging (hygiene item)
- Items returned after 30 days with no prior contact
How to Start a Return
Email hello@stylonicfashionboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return label and next steps. Return shipping is free for faulty items; a small flat fee of £3.95 applies for change-of-mind returns outside the 14-day statutory window.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
